According to the Milan Prosecutor's Office, Alessandro Impagnatiello could also harm his lover, the 23-year-old of English origins with whom he had a relationship parallel to the one with Giulia Tramontano.

Ne “it is proof – we read in the arrest warrant for the 30-year-old – of the serious fear of the lover who, knowing him and fearing to suffer the same fate as Giulia, did not open the door and spoke to him only from the balcony”.

The bartender at the Armani Bamboo Bar, suspended from duty today, is accused of aggravated voluntary homicide, concealment of a corpse and non-consensual termination of pregnancy of his partner, who was seven months pregnant.

Impagnatiello: 'I threw Giulia's body away after days'

Alessandro Impagnatiello allegedly hid the body of Giulia Tramontano, the 29-year-old pregnant woman killed on Saturday night, according to his version, first in a "box", where he attempted to burn it with gasoline, then in a "cellar" and finally in the "trunk" of his car “until Wednesday night when I decided to throw it away, around 2.30am on Wednesday in that place that I already knew where it was later found”, last night.

This can be read in the minutes of the 30-year-old's confession, which, however, investigators and detectives will have to investigate further and on multiple aspects, including this dynamic he described of the concealment of the body.

Alexander Impagnetiello “he has shown that he is capable of lying repeatedly and of changing his version of events several times both with his lover and with the Carabinieri. This marked manipulative tendency already highlights prima facie the social dangerousness of the suspect”.

The PM says so Alessia Menegazzo, coordinated by the addition Letizia Mannella, in the arrest warrant of the 30-year-old accused of the aggravated murder of his partner Giulia Tramontano, seven months pregnant.

Alessandro Impagnatiello “wanted to get rid of Giulia at all costs”

It was not enough that between those two women, “psychologically abused” from him in the same way and until a few days ago unaware of being linked to the same man, a "solidarity", a "union" had been created, so much so that one had offered shelter to the other.

Alexander Impagnetiello “he wanted to free himself at all costs”, according to the prosecutors, of Giulia Tramontano, his partner who was 7 months pregnant, and he did so by “violently” attacking the body, attempting to burn it twice. And he also showed up at the other woman's house, who fortunately did not open the door.

For the PM, head of the investigations of the Carabinieri of the investigative unit of Milan and of the Rho company, Impagnatiello, “he indeed acted with extreme cruelty and premeditation, causing the death of his partner, as well as of his own child that she was carrying in her womb, and subsequently trying to get rid of the body”.

In particular, “the man – according to the prosecution's hypothesis – he first attacked his partner's body with stab wounds, then attempted to eliminate the woman's body, first burning it in the bathtub, but without success, and then inside the garage.

Finally, the man disposed of the remains of the corpse, abandoning the lifeless body of the woman behind garage no. 23 located in via Monte Rosa in Senago (in front of the civic number 2/C)”.

Alessandro Impagnatiello: “I hit her so she wouldn't suffer”

“Do you admit to having committed the murder of Giulia Tramontano? I admit it.” This is how the interrogation report of Alessandro Impagnatiello begins. Regarding the attack on the girl, Impagnatiello provided the following version, which was not considered credible by the investigators according to whom the murder was premeditated.

"She had already inflicted a few blows on herself to the neck and I got close to her, so as not to make her suffer I also inflicted three or four blows to the neck. The knife fell to the floor in front of the sofa, she was exhausted on the floor and I told her that it was over and that she had to rest."

On the moments immediately following Impagnatiello said he was “confused and foggy.” "I dragged her body to the bathroom," he explained to prosecutor Alessia Menegazzo and the homicide carabinieri, "and I put it in the bathtub and there I realized that I had killed her and I saw that she was now lifeless. At that point I wanted to get rid of the body somehow."

The other woman 'asked him what had happened to Giulia'

About a year ago she had started a relationship, which lasted until a few weeks ago, with Alessandro Impagnatiello. He was a bartender, she was a waitress of English origin in her early twenties, they both worked at the Armani Bamboo Bar in Milan.

It is wrong, however, to call her Impagnatiello's lover, since neither she nor Giulia were aware of the bartender's double life. Impagnatiello's other girlfriend in fact gave her version of the facts to the police during the night between Monday and Tuesday. “Giulia and I talked and confided in each other” and we agreed that “she had lied to both of us”.

Suspicious of her boyfriend's lies, she decided to contact Giulia, where she had seen some photos of him with a pregnant girl during a trip. The two had met and had also unsuccessfully asked Impagnatiello to join them for a clarifying confrontation.

The girl was in fact the last to speak to Giulia and the first to be alarmed, given that after their meeting “he was texting differently than he had previously.” Not only.

That evening, Giulia's phone had sent her WhatsApp messages with the text “I lied to you, leave me alone”, falsified by Impagnatiello, after the two had confronted each other on the “psychological abuse” of the man, coming to sympathize to such an extent that the maid suggested that the victim go and sleep at her house in case of problems.

Worried, the girl had tried to contact Alessandro who, however, had responded evasively, then showing up outside his studio flat and continuing to claim that Giulia had “psychiatric problems”.

Just at that moment, moreover, he noticed that some blue latex gloves were coming out of Alessandro's backpack. The following Monday, the last meeting between the waitress and the bartender, Impagnatiello had responded in a "strange" way and “climbing up mirrors”.

The relationship between the waitress and Alessandra had lasted until a few weeks ago. She herself said that in the past she had hosted Alessandro in her studio apartment where she lived in rent in the outskirts of Milan and that she had become pregnant but had miscarried “by mutual agreement with him.”

A witness: “Impagnatiello argued with his lover and said I love you”

The night before the murder “I saw the two of them out here, the car was parked in the driveway, the door was open and he was trying to calm her down. She was like, 'Calm down, let's talk,' it was the first time I saw them together.”

This was said by the baker near the home of the Italian-English girl, the 23-year-old lover of Alessandro Impagnatiello, the 30-year-old who confessed to the murder of his 7-month-pregnant partner, Giulia Tramontano.

According to what emerged from the baker, the argument between the two young people would have happened during the night between Friday and Saturday “more or less at two o'clock”, specified the baker, witness to the argument, adding that "the whole thing lasted at least an hour".

“She went back into the house, when they saw me they tried to lower their voices,” he also said. “She was quite angry, he wanted to call her and tell her 'I love you, I love you', but she didn't answer” the baker concluded.
