The finance police of the Provincial Command of Salerno have executed a preventive seizure order, aimed at confiscation for equivalent, against a Cilento company.
The investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Vallo della Lucania was triggered following a tax audit carried out by the financial police of the Compagnia di Vallo della Lucania from which it emerged that the company had failed to submit the tax returns for the years 2017 and 2018, and the VAT declaration for 2018, obtaining an unfair profit of over 500 thousand euros.
Subsequent investigations carried out by the Guardia di Finanza through the analysis of current accounts allowed them to reconstruct all the financial transactions, incoming and outgoing, that the company had made during the periods under investigation.
Furthermore, in addition to the legal representative pro tempore, two other individuals were identified who turned out to be the de facto administrators of the company. In order to ensure the recovery of the sums unduly received, the investigating judge of the Court of Vallo della Lucania, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, therefore ordered the preventive seizure aimed at direct confiscation or equivalent for a total amount of over 500 thousand euros.
