LThe City of Caivano starts again from the theater and young talents with Caivano stArt – Talent Scout, an extraordinary initiative with the artistic direction of Lello Arena. This summer festival, dedicated to the discovery and valorization of local artistic talents, represents a concrete response to the many challenges that the community faces daily. The program is included in “La Primavera di Caivano”, a series of initiatives promoted by the Campania Region – Department of Youth Policies, with the collaboration of the Municipality of Caivano and implemented by Scabec – Società Campana Beni Culturali which aims to involve young people and families in the area through free artistic events.
A Project for the Growth of Young Talents
Caivano stArt is a project designed to offer growth and development opportunities to young people in the area, highlighting the human and cultural capital of Caivano and the surrounding municipalities. Once the selections of aspiring artists have been completed, it is now time to go on stage with two shows that mix theater, dance, music and street art. These shows will anticipate the performances of Paolo Caiazzo and Nino Frassica, scheduled for July 19 and 20 at the Market Area of the city of Caivano.
Shows Scheduled: July 19th and 20th
The days of July 19 and 20 will see the young talents as protagonists of shows led by the wise direction of Lello Arena and collaborators of national fame. On Friday, July 19, Paolo Caiazzo will bring to the stage “TERRONI SI NASCE ed io lo nacqui…modetamente”. This show, which represents a tribute to the southern origins of the artist, is a mix of monologues, poems and songs that tell the story of southern Italy with lightness and irony.
“Show – 2000/3000” with Nino Frassica and Los Plaggers
Saturday 20 July, again at the Caivano Market Area, it will be the turn of Nino Frassica, accompanied by the band Los Plaggers. The concert “Show – 2000/3000” is a musical celebration that ranges from the most famous songs of the 60s and 70s, reinterpreted in a cabaret key. Frassica and his band promise to actively involve the audience, transforming the evening into a great celebration of music and humor.
Project Objectives and Mission
The main objective of the Caivano stArt project is to restore vitality to live performance, offering young talents from the area the opportunity to share the stage with famous artists, thus enriching their educational background and artistic curriculum. The initiative also intends to promote a cultural and musical dialogue involving especially young people, through events in schools and in the community.
