Among the recipients of the precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of Naples Anna Imparato, there are the boss Marco De Micco, already detained, head of the organization, also his regent Ciro Naturale, who directed the gang during a long previous prison term of the boss, his right-hand man in the management of economic-financial issues and in other illicit activities.

The investigating judge accepted most of the requests of the investigators regarding multiple crimes contested on the basis of serious evidence, but he also rejected part of the precautionary measures requested, not recognizing the seriousness of the evidence or due to lack of precautionary needs. He then authorized the arrest of 60 suspects, of whom 54 are in prison and 6 under house arrest, and rejected measures requested for 39 people.

The operation appears to have hit organised crime in the area hard.
It seems like a really complex and delicate situation, let's hope that justice takes its course.
This looks like a real clean-up operation, hopefully this will lead to a significant reduction in crime in the area.
