Tomorrow, Wednesday 4 June, at 12:5, the headquarters of the Order of Journalists of Campania, in via Partenope XNUMX in Naples, will host the inauguration of “Giancarlo Siani”, a permanent work dedicated to the young reporter murdered by the Camorra on 23 September 1985.
The ceremony will see the participation of Paolo and Gianmario Siani, brothers of the journalist, together with Geppino Fiorenza, Ottavio Lucarelli, Mimmo Falco and the artist Nicholas Tolosa, author of the painting.
The work, inspired by an iconic photo of Siani, captures the essence of his commitment through expressive details that evoke the courage, denunciation and desire for change that characterized his work.
During the event, Paolo Siani will illustrate some of the initiatives planned to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the tragic death of his brother, a symbol of the fight for truth and justice.
A moment of reflection and tribute to a journalist who continues to inspire generations.
