In a statement, the Campania team firmly reiterated: "The club is not for sale". Reinforcing the message were the words of president Danilo Iervolino and CEO Maurizio Milan: "Some people invent unlikely stories just to link their name to the Salernitana and get some exposure.
We do not know them and we have no intention of doing so. The club looks forward, focused on the present and the future, with unity and determination, both on and off the pitch.”
