Naples, blood spills at the barber's: 36-year-old stabbed in the shoulder after an argument between customers

Naples – Madness and bloodshed erupted in a barbershop in the Avvocata neighborhood. A 36-year-old man, EA, a resident of the Gesù e Maria neighborhood (between Via Salvator Rosa and Piazza Mazzini), was admitted to the emergency room of Cardarelli Hospital after being stabbed during a violent argument.

According to initial reconstructions, the incident occurred inside the business for reasons still unclear, quickly escalating into a fight between the victim and another customer. The 36-year-old was the worst offender, struck in the right shoulder by a blow. The owner of the barbershop administered first aid, loading the victim into his car and rushing him to the hospital in the hills.

The man's clinical condition was marked by moments of intense tension: shortly after arriving at the hospital, he lost consciousness. Before passing out, however, he had time to reveal a crucial detail to the doctors about the circumstances of the incident: "I smashed a chair over that guy's head," he reportedly said, confirming the violence of the fight.

The patient immediately underwent a CT scan to rule out injuries to vital organs. Fortunately, medical personnel ruled out any life-threatening injuries. Law enforcement is currently investigating the incident to identify the attacker, who may have presented himself at another medical facility with visible head injuries.
