This morning, the Ischia State Police made a provisional arrest with the intent to surrender a 40-year-old man, the subject of a European arrest warrant issued by the Spanish authorities for fraud.
During a territorial control operation, officers from the Ischia Police Station, alerted by a report regarding guests, intervened at a hospitality facility on the island.
Not far from the scene, the suspect was identified and arrested under a European warrant. The operation demonstrates effective international coordination in the fight against transnational crimes.
