With reference to the article published today regarding the procedures for awarding beaches in the Municipality of Castellammare di Stabia, we note that, although our company is not explicitly mentioned, the content of the article may lead readers to associate our activity with the events reported.

In this regard, we believe it is necessary to clarify that the company mentioned in the article, *”Stabia Services & Beach Srl”*, is a completely separate legal entity from our company, *”STABIA BEACH DI MARTINO ANGELA”*, and that there is no corporate, managerial, or operational connection between the two entities.

In order to avoid any misunderstanding, we clarify the following.

*1. Nature of the business*

The company *STABIA BEACH DI MARTINO ANGELA*, with registered office in Via Salita Marchese Giuseppe n. 2, 80053 Castellammare di Stabia, does not hold any state maritime concessions nor any beach concessions or assignments issued by public bodies, through tenders or direct assignment.

The business consists exclusively in the rental of beach equipment (umbrellas and sunbeds), carried out pursuant to a valid SCIA (Registration for the Use of Beach Equipment) for itinerant public space trade ("on wheels"), in full compliance with current legislation.

*2. Regularity of activity*

The activity is carried out with the utmost transparency and in strict compliance with the law.

The company also offers competitive prices, ensuring a transparent and accessible service to users.

*3. Administrative controls*

Like any business operating in public areas, ours has been and is regularly subjected to inspections by the competent authorities.

Any disputes of a purely administrative nature, regarding the positioning of the equipment, were promptly resolved through regularization and payment of the relevant fines, confirming constant compliance with the provisions issued by the Authorities.

We therefore firmly reject any association, even implicit, with situations of irregularity or illegality.

Given that our company is the only one legally and transparently conducting this specific activity along the Lungomare Stabiese (Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi), we believe that the content of the article, even without expressly naming us, is likely to mislead the public into believing our company is involved in the events described, seriously damaging our business reputation and the image we have built over time through conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and compliance with the law.

For these reasons, pursuant to Article 8 of Law No. 47 of 1948, we formally exercise our right of reply and request the full publication of this notice, in the same manner as established by current legislation.

We remain at your complete disposal to provide any documentation necessary to prove the above, including a copy of the SCIA and any other administrative documents in our possession.
