Gricignano di Aversa: 33-year-old arrested for domestic violence

In Gricignano di Aversa, Carabinieri officers from the local station arrested a 33-year-old man following repeated incidents of domestic violence against his parents, a couple aged 61 and 69.

The operation took place yesterday afternoon following yet another attack, which required medical attention for one of the victims at the Aversa Civil Hospital, where the trauma was diagnosed. Investigations revealed that the violence continued for approximately two months, characterized by repeated acts of physical aggression.

Upon arriving on the scene, officers gathered the necessary testimony and evidence to arrest the son, who was already known to law enforcement, in flagrante delicto. The man was transferred to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, pending a validation hearing. The investigation is still in the preliminary phase, and his position will be determined in court.
