Succivo, who stalks his ex-wife despite a ban, is arrested.

Succivo – It was nighttime when Carabinieri from the Gricignano d'Aversa station stopped him. According to the officers' reconstruction, he was following his ex-wife in his car. The man, born in 1981, a resident of Succivo and already known to law enforcement, was arrested red-handed.

The restraining order against approaching the victim was already in effect. It had been ordered by the Juvenile Court of Naples to protect the victim's ex-wife and three minor children. According to the records, that order was not respected.

The officers intervened during checks in the area. They apparently spotted the man following the woman from the car. He was arrested red-handed.

Based on the facts, and without prejudice to the presumption of innocence until a final sentence is reached, he is seriously suspected of stalking and violating the restraining order.

The search of the vehicle led to the seizure of two objects deemed, according to the charges, potentially offensive and ready for use: a kitchen rolling pin approximately 60 centimeters long and a pair of scissors approximately 20 centimeters long, modified as a sharpening tool.

For this circumstance the man was also reported for illegal possession of weapons or instruments capable of causing harm.

Once the formalities were completed, the arrested man was taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison. He remains at the disposal of the judicial authorities, pending the validation hearing.
The incident is part of the Carabinieri's checks to ensure compliance with measures established to protect victims.
