Mondragone – A trivial family argument escalated into violence. This is what happened late yesterday evening, September 16, in a home in the heart of Mondragone. The intervention of the Carabinieri Territorial Unit prevented far more serious consequences, resulting in a 45-year-old man being charged at liberty.

The alarm was raised at the Operations Center via the Single Emergency Number 112. Arriving quickly on the scene, the officers found themselves faced with a heated situation: the forty-five-year-old, clearly agitated, had shortly before attacked his brother, punching him in the face for trivial reasons.
At the sight of the uniforms, instead of calming down, the man lost control even more.

Despite repeated calls for calm, he began to hurl offensive language at the officers, repeatedly attempting to escape, and even vigorously pushing officers in an attempt to escape.

Thanks to the officers' professionalism and determination, the situation was contained: the forty-five-year-old was finally apprehended and taken to the Carabinieri offices. Following the completion of the standard investigations, he was reported to the judicial authorities for resisting arrest.
