After 33 years, the Edenlandia dog track reopens. The facility, closed since 1993 and now owned by the Neapolitan amusement park, will be brought back to life for Halloween 2026 and will feature a 200-seat circus tent.
From tomorrow, October 3rd, until November 1st, Edenlandia will transform into a universe dedicated to fear, magic, mystery, and entertainment, with events designed for audiences of all ages and special offers reserved for adults.
The first event is at 5:30 pm with "The Goosebumps Circus," a family-friendly show featuring characters, circus acts, acrobatics, juggling, and an atmosphere inspired by the scariest night of the year.
At 9:30 pm, it's the turn of the "Horror World Circus," reserved for adults, featuring contortionists, fakirs, fire-eaters, and high-octane performances. The program will kick off on the weekends from October 9th to November 1st, when four of the park's historic attractions—Lord Sheidon's Castle, Beffe, the Manor, and the Little Train—will be invaded by dozens of actors and actresses dressed as the most famous horror icons.
From the Babadook to the clown IT, from Count Dracula to Annabelle and the Joker, up to a horror version of Snow White, the Corpse Bride, the Plague Doctor and the vampire inspired by the film "Sinners": an entire gallery of characters will accompany visitors through spooky sets and settings.
Among the new features is "X-Treme," the new horror experience staged at PalaEden. Adults will be directly involved by the actors in a sort of mission through themed settings, sets, music, and tense moments.
"We wanted to differentiate the two sides of the event: the afternoon one, more accessible to families, and the evening one, where the atmosphere of the park completely changes," explained Gianluca Vorzillo, owner of Edenlandia and creator of Horror World.
Artistic direction has been entrusted to Antonio Franco, who returned to Naples after a long stint at Gardaland. "At Horror World, the audience doesn't just watch a show; we want to engage them throughout, from the moment they enter the park until they leave at night, but only after plenty of thrills and laughter," concluded Vorzillo.
