Last few hours to apply for the ASMEL 2026 Maxi Notice , the national selection process that opens the door to new job opportunities in Italian municipalities and local authorities. The application deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15th.
There are just a few hours left until applications close for a process aimed at creating and updating 39 lists of suitable candidates, from which participating institutions can draw for future fixed-term and permanent hires.
The deadline is indicated in the notice published on the national recruitment portal InPA, where you can consult the official announcement.
The selection process represents an opportunity for those wishing to enter the public administration, even without previous work experience in local government.
The Maxi Notice includes 39 lists of suitable candidates , divided into different professional profiles and classification levels.
The opportunities concern three main areas:
Requirements vary depending on the chosen professional profile. You can apply for multiple profiles, as long as you meet the requirements for each.
The system of eligible lists allows participating local authorities to identify candidates who have already passed an initial selection process.
Those who pass the test are added to the list corresponding to their professional profile and can access subsequent hiring procedures activated by the institutions.
It's important to note that inclusion in the lists doesn't mean automatic hiring . Instead, it represents a preliminary step to participating in the calls for tenders and selections that municipalities can initiate based on their personnel needs.
The procedure concerns opportunities distributed throughout the country and is not limited to a single region.
To qualify, a single remote written test is required for each professional profile.
The test consists of 60 multiple choice questions, to be completed in 60 minutes , divided as follows:
| Materia | Questions |
|---|---|
| Profile-specific subjects | 30 |
| Common subjects | 25 |
| English language and computer science | 5 |
| Total | 60 |
To pass the test, you must answer at least 42 out of 60 questions correctly , equal to 70% of the questions.
There are no penalties for incorrect or unanswered answers.
Exam dates will be communicated to candidates at least 15 days in advance, allowing participants to organize their preparation.
The application must be submitted via the ASMELab online platform.
Interested parties must access the portal, locate the Maxi Notice 2026, verify the requirements of the chosen profile and complete the required procedure.
The deadline is strict: applications will close at 12 noon on Thursday 15 October 2026.
Given the imminent deadline, it's advisable not to wait until the last minute, also to avoid potential technical difficulties related to the high number of accesses.
The full text of the announcement, including the requirements for each profile, information on the tests, and the required documentation, is available on the InPA portal.
To submit the application, you must use the ASMELab website.
The selection process represents an opportunity worth considering for those seeking employment in the public administration, especially given the possibility of accessing subsequent recruitment procedures at various local authorities.
However, time is now running out: Thursday 15 October, at 12 pm, the deadline for participating in the ASMEL 2026 Maxi Notice expires.
