He stole Asia Argento's daughter's cell phone and released a private video: it was found in Naples.

Naples – An argument that ended badly, followed by an act of revenge on social media. This is what happened to Anna Lou Castoldi, the 25-year-old daughter of Asia Argento and Morgan, whose purse, containing her smartphone, was stolen. Her personal digital content was then extracted and published.

According to investigators' initial reconstruction, the incident apparently began inside a hotel in Licola, in the northern hinterland of Naples. Following a heated argument with the young woman, a friend of hers stole her personal belongings before leaving. During the trip to the city center, the man allegedly hacked the 25-year-old's profiles, posting a video of her in private on Instagram.

The mother, Asia Argento, was the one who called for help: having noticed the video online, the actress tried in vain to contact her daughter, finally deciding to contact the police.

Thanks to the swift intervention of the State Police and the smartphone's geolocation, Railway Police officers were able to track the device inside the Piazza Garibaldi railway station. The alleged perpetrator was also identified on site, found in a clearly confused state along with the stolen material.

After being taken to the hospital for checks and treatment, the man was reported at large. He is charged with theft, unauthorized access to a computer system, and illegal distribution of private videos (revenge porn).
