The nature of the position was emphasized: it is not a regular hire and there is no indication of classification or category under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement; it is an external appointment, independent from the rest of the administration.

How the selection works

The process is described as a qualifications-based evaluation, with applications submitted by the deadline possibly being reviewed to verify the completeness of the documentation and compliance with the requirements. There will be no scoring or ranking; the appointment will be made by the President of the Naples 3 Area Authority, following evaluation of the candidates' CVs. Candidates may be interviewed to assess their skills and professionalism.

This position seeks candidates with solid experience in management control and performance evaluation in public administration, as well as in-depth knowledge of administrative law, public accounting, and public administration organization. The announcement also describes a comparative process rather than a ranking; this means that selection is based primarily on qualifications and the outcome of any interviews.

Deadline and how to apply

It is important to note that applications not submitted via inPA or without a CV will not be considered. Furthermore, the notice explicitly states that any incompatibility or recurring impediments may result in the candidate being disqualified.
