The Municipality of Agerola, a municipality in the Metropolitan City of Naples, has initiated a stabilization process for the position of Technical Instructor – Instructor Area. This process is part of a national regulation that allows local authorities to transform non-managerial staff who have met specific requirements into full-time, permanent positions. In practice, this involves integrating technical figures with a certain level of seniority into the permanent staff, following a selective interview and an evaluation of their work. The announcement is published on the in-dPA (Recruitment Portal) and has been included in the stabilization process provided for by Article 3, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 44/2023 (the so-called PA Decree).
The proposed position is for two Technical Instructors, assigned to the Municipality's technical departments: one to the Public Works Department and one to the Urban Planning Department. The Technical Instructor is a figure in the technical department who generally supports departments such as public works, maintenance, private construction, urban planning, environment, or heritage. They may handle technical and administrative procedures, site inspections, design support, management of public works and construction/urban planning procedures, territorial data management, and relations with citizens, professionals, and businesses. These guidelines are general in nature and do not replace the specific requirements of the call for applications.
