Naples. A brawl nearly broke out this morning at the identity card office of the fourth municipality on Via Gianturco. A sign outside warned residents that due to limited staff, only 25 identity cards would be issued and that all residents must use the special reservation tickets available. This, of course, did not please the many users crowding the offices this morning, so much so that a brawl nearly broke out. Tempers were calmed only thanks to the mediation of trade unionist Giuseppe Alviti, leader of Italia Meridionale, who was on site, and the goodwill of a municipal official who attempted to accommodate everyone present.
