Pozzuoli, party in a disco: the police arrive

A party complete with disco organized on the Phlegraean shore in the late afternoon today had been disguised as an aperitif.

The matter did not escape the checks of the municipal police of Pozzuoli who intervened surprising a large number of customers, many of whom were without masks and did not respect the rules on distancing against Covid-19. The customers were made to leave, the gathering was dispersed while the manager of the place was fined and ordered to close for 5 days.

“Having fun is fine,” wrote the mayor, Vincenzo Figliolia on Facebook. “Trying to return to normality is legitimate. But we must protect our health by respecting the rules.”
