During a nighttime patrol in Casalnuovo, the State Police arrested a 31-year-old man with a criminal record, accused of domestic violence and resisting a public official.
The intervention was triggered after a report of a disturbance outside his ex-partner's home. Upon arriving, officers from the Acerra Police Station found the woman in a state of agitation. She reported having been threatened and even physically assaulted by her ex-partner in the past.
Despite the presence of the officers, the 31-year-old continued his aggressive behavior, attempting to approach the woman again until he was stopped and arrested.
