Antonio Branni, a 48-year-old already known to the police, is from the Spanish Quarters and was arrested by the Carabinieri of the Compagnia Centro for drug dealing. He was caught in Via Speranzella while he was selling a dose of cocaine to a 43-year-old Neapolitan “client”.
The same military reported 2 illegal parking attendants who in Piazza Matteotti asked drivers looking for parking for money. The same fate for 2 young people caught driving without a driving license because they had never obtained one, for 1 person found on the street with a pocketknife in his pockets and for a 32-year-old who did not respect the requirements of special surveillance.
22 people fined in the city center for violations of the anti-contagion regulations: most of the fines were notified to young people who did not respect the curfew.
The Marianella Station, however, fined the owner of a restaurant in Via Lepore for failure to comply with the anti-contagion regulations. It allowed the consumption of meals even beyond working hours and with table service between more than 4 non-cohabiting people.
In the Stella neighborhood, the military of the local station reported a 42-year-old local woman for illegal interference in private life. A video surveillance system connected to two microcameras installed at the entrance and exit of Via Villari was found and seized in her home, presumably used to monitor the movements of the police.
Checks also on the island of Ischia where the Carabinieri of the local company fined 10 people for not having a mask. The checks will continue in the coming days.
