All outside a supermarket and to extort 200 euros in cash from the unsuspecting victim. A scam that has now been reconstructed, leading to the arrest of one of the two alleged perpetrators.

This morning in fact the police of the Pompei station have executed an order for the application of the precautionary measure of house arrest issued by the investigating judge of the Torre Annunziata court at the request of the Oplonti prosecutor's office against a man (whose personal details were not provided) accused of aggravated fraud committed against an elderly person.
It all started with the complaint of the victim who, convinced by the scammers outside the store, had given them 200 euros in cash. Through the images extracted from the supermarket's video surveillance cameras and from the checks carried out in the banks given to the police for use, the carabinieri were able to identify one of the two alleged culprits, while they are still looking for the accomplice.
