The Oplontine Lawyers, in a well-attended Assembly held on a torrid afternoon and outdoors in compliance with the emergency regulations, approved by a majority of those present the 2019 final budget, the 2020 budget/final budget and the 2021 budget.
A purely accounting fulfillment that has registered a clearly favorable consensus with regards to the accounting documents prepared and already regularly approved by the Council.
In the dialectic of their respective political positions, the assembly showed clear approval of the work of the NationalThe votes were preceded by a broad and exhaustive President's report who illustrated the many activities carried out by the Council in these first two difficult years in which the initiatives in favor of the class have been continuous and concrete.
This is evidence of the press release from President Liguoro of a few days ago in which the same defended the industriousness of a Council that has no unfinished business and that continues to operate despite the resignations of 7 Councillors who, in application of the professional law, have been replaced by others 7 Councilors who have accepted the sub-entrance.
The vote was held in the only way that could ensure the certainty and speed of the vote, which in fact took place without any well-founded dispute and which in a few minutes allowed us to reach the approval of the budget with a majority of over 60% of the Lawyers present.
Never before had there been a record of this such a massive presence and such a clear expression of vote. Just for the record, it should be noted that, under normal conditions, the vote in the Assemblies was always expressed openly and by a show of hands.
A signature on a stamped sheet of paper accompanied by the name and surname of a lawyer is, I think, a more than transparent and appropriate method for an accounting document voted against by colleagues who, moreover, did not even justify the reasons for their dissent.
The only intervention on the approved budgets was the initial report of the President Luisa Liguoro.
