The carabinieri of the station of Roccarainola have arrested for aggravated injuries a 48enne a local with no criminal record.
The operations center received a request for intervention at the home of a couple. The forty-eight-year-old was threatening his wife with death and shortly before he had attacked her with kicks and punches.
Her eighteen-year-old son was also hit during the argument. When the military intervened, the woman was in tears, her husband was clearly intoxicated.
Both were treated at the hospital in Nola and were deemed curable in two (the woman) and four (the son) days due to bruises in multiple parts of their bodies.

According to the findings, the woman had never filed a complaint in the past. The arrested man was locked up in Poggioreale prison awaiting the validation hearing.
