EnergRed (www.energred.com) is at the forefront of health protection and the right to work: the Roman ESCo. committed to supporting the energy transition of Italian SMEs with a particular focus on renewable sources and solar energy is taking charge of the swabs of employees and collaborators.
The Roman company EnergRed is not an isolated case: from Ducati to Lamborghini, from Toyota to Bonfiglioli Riduttori, passing through IMA – Industria Macchine Automatiche, there are more and more companies that have decided to assume the costs of the swabs.
Thanks to these companies, it is estimated that well over 10 thousand people will be able to continue working safely without having to pay 1.125 euros per person between now and the end of the year.
"To pay for swabs for their employees between now and December 31, 2021, companies will spend over 11 million euros," observe analysts at EnergRed.
And also thanks to the contribution of companies, these measures will help to increase the growth rate to 6,2-6,3% in the last quarter of 2021, 3 percentage points more than previously forecast.
The most striking demonstration of solidarity, however, is that of Brunello Cucinelli who has allowed unvaccinated people to stay at home with a 6-month paid leave of absence.
