poggiomarinoCarmine Palmisciano and Vincenzo Filiberto, 32 and 42 years old, both from Poggiomarino, will have to answer for aggravated theft.
The Carabinieri of the local station arrested them in execution of two separate orders of the Judicial Authority.
Palmisciano was placed under house arrest pursuant to an order for imprisonment issued by the Torre Annunziata Prosecutor's Office. He will serve 10 months in prison.
The 42-year-old, instead, reached by a prison order issued by the Court of Appeal of L'Aquila will serve 2 years and 2 months of imprisonment. The doors of the Poggioreale prison have opened for Filiberto.
