Casavatore. Yesterday evening, the agents of the General Prevention Office, during the territorial control service, on the orders of the Operations Center, intervened to report a fight between a couple in via Giacomo Profumo.
The police officers, arriving on the scene, found a woman who said that, shortly before, her partner had attacked her and threatened her with a knife before walking away.
The operators, with the support of a patrol from the Afragola Police Station, went to the man's home in via San Pietro in Casavatore where they found a 7,65 caliber pistol with the serial number erased and 372 cartridges of different calibers.
The man, a 49-year-old Neapolitan, was arrested for illegal possession of clandestine weapons and ammunition and reported for aggravated threats.
