Enrico Maria used his parked car as a drug depot for the drug dealing area he had set up near his home where he received clients.
But the agents of the Portici-Ercolano police station, they had noticed the constant coming and going of people, and so yesterday evening during a service to combat drug dealing, they carried out a check in Supportico Sarlo Street in Ercolano at the home of a man outside of which they noticed a person waiting.
Shortly after, the police saw the owner leave the house and walk away towards a parking lot in via Arturo Consiglio where, inside a parked car, he recovered something and then handed it over to the waiting person in exchange for money.
The operators reached them and stopped them, finding the man who had left the apartment in possession of the keys to theparked car not far away, while the buyer was found in possession of a "dose" of cocaine.
Furthermore, in the lining of the glove compartment of the car, they found an envelope with a package containing Approximately 9 grams of cocaineand, in the house, they seized 490 €.
Enrico Maria, a 43-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record, was arrested for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing, while the buyer was reported for personal aiding and abetting as he had provided conflicting statements on the purchase of the narcotic and fined for possession of narcotics for personal use; finally, the vehicle was subjected to seizure.
