Despite the government's refusal, the governor of Campania, Vincenzo De Luca, is moving forward with the non-reopening of middle and elementary schools.
Anticipating with a note the ordinance number 1 of 2022 it is written that “with effect from the publication of this provision and until 29 January 2022, the suspension of in-person activities of educational services for children referred to in Article 2 of Legislative Decree 13 April 2017, no. 65, and of in-person school and teaching activities of nursery schools, primary schools and lower secondary schools is ordered”.
Ban on the consumption of alcoholic beverages from 22 pm to 6.00 am and crowds or gatherings for the consumption of any kind of food in public places or places open to the public are prohibited. This is also in the ordinance number 1 of 2022 of the President of the Campania Region whose text, pending publication, has been anticipated with a note.
The text reads that “From 22,00 pm to 6,00 am it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages of any strength in public areas and areas open to the public, including spaces in front of commercial establishments, squares, villas and municipal parks.

“Crowding or gatherings for the consumption of any type of food in public places or places open to the public are prohibited,” the ordinance continues. Municipalities and other competent authorities are recommended to intensify surveillance and controls on compliance with the ban on gatherings, particularly in the areas and times of the so-called movida.”
