Theano. The State Police of Caserta reported a 67-year-old man, with a criminal record, living in the municipality of Teano, for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
The personnel of the Judicial Police Team of the Sessa Aurunca Police Station, during targeted services aimed at preventing and repressing drug-related crimes, in Piazza della Vittoria in Teano, proceeded to check the Fiat Panda driven by the aforementioned person already known to the Police.
Since the man appeared agitated and intolerant of the check, the officers proceeded to carry out a personal search and a search of the vehicle, finding on the subject, in particular, in an inside pocket of his jacket, a packet of cigars containing hashish and the sum of money equal to 300 euros.
Furthermore, the operators found that the same person, without a driving license, was traveling on board a vehicle not covered by insurance. Therefore, they proceeded to seize the car, contesting the expected sanctions for the ascertained violations of the highway code.
