The ambush with two injuries in the illegal recreational club in via Roma in Arzano is to be included in the ongoing feud between the Monfregolo-Alterio and Cristiano-Mormile.
The two injured Antonio Alterio, 28, already known to the police (wounded in a foot) and Daniele Laperuta, 32, with no criminal record, also wounded in a foot. The first is Raffaele's brother, in prison for extortion and considered a leading figure of the Monfregolo. And it is for this reason that investigators believe that the ambush was the work of rivals of the Cristiano-Mormile group.
The ambush took place shortly after 20pm last night in Via Roma, in an illegal recreational club inside a building. On site, the Carabinieri found 9 caliber 9x21 shell casings.
The fact that both the wounded were shot in the feet for the investigators means that the commando of killers had orders not to kill. The clash that has been going on for months between Arzano, Frattamaggiore and Frattaminore has already caused victims, injuries and numerous attacks.
