The Naples Local Police continues to carry out checks to ensure compliance with the rules governing the "movida” citizen.
In the immediate aftermath of the closing times established by Mayoral Ordinance 59/2022, 195 businesses were checked and the checks resulted in 2 fines in Via Caracciolo and Via Petrarca for failure to respect the closing time and for playing music audible outside the premises after midnight.
The checks then continued until dawn to verify that no activity reopened before 05,00:176, as required by the Ordinance. XNUMX checks were also carried out for the anti-covid legislation also aimed at the owners and customers of business activities.
