Naples, further checks in the most popular nightlife areas in the city centre and in Vomero.
Yesterday, as part of the services arranged by the Naples Police Headquarters in the “movida” areas, the officers of the Decumani, Montecalvario and Vomero Police Stations, the financial police of the Provincial Command of Naples, with the support of the Nibbio of the General Prevention Office, carried out checks in the historic center, in the Spanish Quarters and in Vomero.
During the activity, the agents in the historic center and in particular in the San Domenico Maggiore and Bellini squares, in Piazzetta Nilo, in the streets Mezzocannone, Costantinopoli, San Sebastiano, De Marinis, Candelora, Santa Chiara, rampe San Giovanni Maggiore in Pignatelli and in Borgo Orefici, they identified 65 people.
Six of these were reported for possession of narcotic substances for personal use as they were found in possession of hashish and marijuana, 4 vehicles were checked, one of which was subjected to administrative seizure, 2 commercial businesses and charged with 2 violations of the Highway Code.
Furthermore, operators in the Spanish Neighborhoods and in via Toledo they identified 18 people; finally, the agents of the Vomero Police Station carried out checks in the neighborhood Vomero where they identified 56 people, 6 of whom had a police record.
