Soccavo, in the street chatting but they were under house arrest: two men from the same neighborhood arrested.
They are from the Soccavo neighborhood and are 46 and 20 years old. The two have in common not only the neighborhood where they live but also the fact that they are under house arrest, the reasons relating to the precautionary measure are different.
It's afternoon and the Carabinieri of the Traiano district station are walking through the streets of the neighborhood when they notice and recognize the 2 on Viale Traiano. They are talking calmly in the street - a few steps from their respective homes - unfortunately they were violating the respective measures to which they were subjected.
The Carabinieri have no choice but to interrupt the conversation and arrest the two. They are Vincenzo Liparoti and Francesco Pio Salvati and they are both awaiting trial.
