Grand finale tomorrow evening – Thursday 28 July – at 21 pm for 'Reggia Festival – Visioni Reali'. The cinematographic event conceived by Confcommercio Caserta at the Palazzo Vanvitelliano with the artistic direction of Remigio Truocchio will close with a special guest: Marco D'Amore. A much-loved actor and director, D'Amore is an artist who trained in the theatre but who also works a lot in cinema and TV.
On the stage of 'Visioni Reali' spectators will be able to relive his main successes with him and see in ABSOLUTE PREVIEW, courtesy of Sky and Vision Distribution, the first images of 'Napoli magica', the docu-film on the mysteries and legends of the Neapolitan tradition directed by Marco D'Amore. And then anecdotes, curiosities, behind the scenes on some of the roles played in recent years by the actor who became famous for the character of Ciro l'immortale in the TV series Gomorra.
Among the guests of the evening are also Silvia Brunelli and Sophia Guastaferro, respectively director and protagonist of 'La Santa piccola', a revelation film in Venice and the only Italian work selected at the last Tribeca Film Festival, which will be screened immediately after the meeting in the courtyards of the Reggia. A choral story, set in the Sanità neighborhood in Naples and based on the novel of the same name by Vincenzo Restivo, which - between sacredness and superstition, friendship and the discovery of one's feelings - explores the theme of free will and its consequences.
Another highly anticipated moment, which will close this first edition of the festival dedicated to cinema 'Made in Campania', will be the talk with Maurizio Gemma, director of the Film Commission Regione Campania (which sponsored the event), with whom we will address the magical moment that the world of cinema and audiovisual in this territory is experiencing. A constantly growing phenomenon that creates culture, economy and related industries.
Tomorrow evening will close a Festival that has had, among its guests, artists such as Toni Servillo, Sergio Rubini, Antonio Capuano, Francesco Di Leva, Giancarlo Basili, Massimiliano Gallo. An edition born thanks to an agreement between the Museo Reggia di Caserta of the Ministry of Culture, the Municipality of Caserta and Confcommercio and a partnership agreement signed with the University of Campania 'Luigi Vanvitelli' and 'Maestri alla Reggia'. Also present with its patronage is the Province of Caserta.
