Glossop. An ugly condominium dispute that ended in a violent attack involving two neighbors has reached the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere. The episode occurred in Glossop, in the Caserta area.
In particular, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (substitute Gerardina Cozzolino) has requested the indictment of a 52-year-old woman (defended by Pierluigi Grassi), and the preliminary hearing will be held on October 26th before the investigating judge Emilio Minio. The woman was reported ten months ago by the injured party, a female condominium owner defended by lawyers Raffaele and Gaetano Crisileo, who was attacked and ended up in hospital with a prognosis of 40 days.
From the complaint and the investigations carried out by the Carabinieri, it emerged that the 52-year-old first addressed her neighbor in various ways, then seriously threatened her and then attacked her with scissors, causing her various injuries.
