For at least four years he would have sexually abused of minor daughter of the partner. This is the picture of the affair that emerged from the investigations of the Carabinieri, coordinated by Demand di Avellino, which led to the imprisonment of a 41-year-old resident in the Baianese area, on the border with the province of Napoli.
The investigations, started on August 21st following a complaint from the girl's mother, today 17enne, would have ascertained that in these years, even with violence and threats, the suspect would have induced the girl to perform and undergo sexual acts. The investigating judge of the Avellino court, at the request of the chief prosecutor, Dominic Airoma, signed the arrest warrant for aggravated sexual assault.
