A crowd yesterday for Clementino, the fourth big name in the Fabula Prize, the Children's Writing Festival scheduled until tomorrow, Friday 2 September, in Bellizzi.
The rapper has literally captured the attention of a transversal audience, captivated by his very fast rhyming words, by his sincere declarations, by his great availability in autographs, selfies, hugs. So much so that, surprisingly, after a moving meeting with the creatives in the Arena, on the stage of Piazza del Popolo, Clementino also sang a few songs and revealed his next work commitments.
“I’m back on TV with The Voice, but I’ll also be at the cinema with three films: I’ll play Mario in “Lamborghini”, a film by Bobby Moresco – I learned a script in English; I’ll act in a comedy film, “Uomini da Pavimento” by Francesco Albanese and I’ll be the narrator of a documentary on the history of Naples, a text all in rhyme. The director is Trudie Styler, Sting’s wife. But I dream of a programme all my own: I’d call it Clementime”, he said happily.
