Curated by Ravello Creative Lab Srl, which has entrusted the artistic direction to Peppe Barra and Dj Uncino, “La musica che gira intorno” offers the seventh and eighth appointments with double concerts full of artists and a diversified sound.
Also with free admission, Friday 2nd September (21pm at Parco Lieri in Naples) is dedicated to the electronic-singer-songwriter and rock music of the Milanese Morgan, supported by Megahertz; and the hip hop beats of Dj Uncino who for the occasion gathers the Friends for a parterre that constitutes the best of the Neapolitan rap and urban scene.
Originally from Acerra, Uncino is the official DJ of Luchè and is one of the leading figures in the world of national DJing. He will present his latest album “Cambio Rotta” live, which consolidates his growth as a producer and projects him towards a future made of urban club sounds. During his set there will be exceptional featuring thanks to the presence of Shon & 2NG, Geddì, Merrick & Petross, Aston Rico, El D Beatz, Oluwong, MeRu McQueen, Keep it Real, Gianmarco Santarpino, Wena, Roberta Nasti, Shatto, Renè La diva, Andrea Tartaglia, AlboDub, O'Iank, Andrea D'Alessio, Marcello Coleman, Armouann, O'Tzunami, Speaker Cenzou, Peppe Soks & SVM.
Before the concert, the writer Luca “Zeus40” Caputo will create a mural inspired by the phrase “Where words fail, music speaks” by the writer Hans Christian Andersen. The artist, who also curated the graphics for Dj Uncino’s album, is part of the Bereshit association, with which he carries out many urban restyling interventions and organizes writing courses and workshops in schools and public institutions, even abroad, for the diffusion of aerosol culture.
Following Morgan, who returns to concert in Naples after three years from the last performance, accompanied by the musician and producer Megahertz presents a concert entitled "Bioelectric". The live will take the listener to a dimension where man and instrument are connected in synchrony, brain, heart and limbs are one with the machines that give life to the different sounds. A live during which the two musicians try to develop the theme through the different instruments arranged with a precise scheme on the stage, in a whirlwind of emotions, with a playlist of songs that are intentionally different each time, built and designed like a work of art at birth according to the vibrations of the moment and the evolution of situations. A journey that naturally includes the most famous songs by Morgan and Bluvertigo, the tributes to the sacred monsters of international music who accompanied the two during their artistic growth, among the many David Bowie, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Kraftwerk and the high-level Italian singer-songwriters, just to name a few, Bindi, Tenco, Modugno, De Andrè.
The musical weekend will continue on Saturday 3 September with another double set of electronic music seasoned with the poems of Totò. In fact, the duo composed of Gianni Valentino and Lello Tramma, who have the moniker Totò Poety Culture, will inaugurate the evening that will take place in the pedestrian area of Campi Flegrei (from 21 pm, free admission). Totò Poetry Culture is an adventure that celebrates, from the 70th anniversary of Malafemmena, the poetic production of Antonio de Curtis. On the occasion of this crucial anniversary, the duo of the same name was born that includes the poet/performer/author Gianni Valentino and the musician/producer/singer-songwriter Lello Tramma (former founder and leader of the band Palkoscenico). Totò's poems are now reworked in a contemporary formula, alternating sounds of oud, saz, piano, guitars, Moog, tuba, theremin, Jen, drums, bass, trumpet, shawm, cello with electronic manipulations and digital apps and highlighting their mutual passions for Massive Attack, Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Rӧyksopp, Thievery Corporation, Vangelis, ISAN, Pink Floyd and the Beatles.
