Giugliano, evades house arrest. From a shop he calls the police: "No one can arrest me". Now he is in prison.
45-year-old Francesco Palma, who had also injured a carabiniere, ends up in handcuffs
First he is arrested, then he is placed under house arrest. From a shop he calls the police to tell them that no one can arrest him. He ends up in handcuffs a second time, for evasion.
He reached the Giugliano Carabinieri station and parked his car in front of the driveway. No one could get out or in. Francesco Palma, 45 years old and already known to the police, remained in the car. Without moving the car, despite the horns asking for space.
At the umpteenth request of a carabiniere, the 45-year-old put the car in reverse and without paying the slightest attention to the soldier, accelerated until the tires screeched on the asphalt. He then hit the private car of another carabiniere who was about to enter the barracks to start his shift. The latter was slightly injured.
Palma was arrested and then placed under house arrest.
A few hours later, a phone call to the police station from the landline of a tobacconist in Giugliano. On the other end of the line, a man's voice: "No one can arrest Francesco Palma!" It was the 45-year-old who had just ended up in handcuffs.
Second arrest a few minutes later. This time for evasion. The carabinieri found him in a tobacconist's despite the obligation imposed by house arrest.
He is now in prison, awaiting trial.
