A 16-year-old from Casalnuovo di Napoli was stabbed in the right thigh by an unknown assailant.

It happened last night, while the young man was with some friends in via Alighieri, in Volla. The Carabinieri of the Cercola branch are investigating the case. The reasons for the attack are not yet known. The boy was treated at the Ospedale del Mare in Naples. Ten days of prognosis prescribed.

The military interviewed the injured young man with summary information and he was unable to provide any explanations about the attack. In the meantime, they are focusing their attention on the young man's relationships and any personal conflicts.
