Directed by Claudio Di Palma, from Friday 3 to Sunday 12 February 2023.
Scarpetta's famous comedy, an absolute masterpiece of comedy, lives again in a new light in the adaptation directed by Claudio Di Palma. We are in the 1950s, the piped music invades public places for the first time with the intent of pacifying the minds agitated by a vortex of breathless careerism.
Here we find the adventures of Felice Sciosciammocca, who came to Naples to visit his nephew Ciccillo, who made him believe he was a doctor and owner of a clinic "for the mad".
The frustrations, hopes and ambitions of the extravagant characters transform into absolute madness in the eyes of the dazed Sciosciammocca, giving the audience irresistible ideas of overwhelming comedy.
With Massimo De Matteo (Felice Sciosciammocca), and with Giovanni Allocca (Errico), Raffaele Ausiello (Peppino), Andrea de Goyzueta (Don Carlo), Angela De Matteo (Amalia), Renato De Simone (Michele), Luciano Giugliano (Ciccillo), Valentina Martiniello (Rosina), Ingrid Sansone (Concetta), Federico Siano (Raffaele).tea
