Yesterday morning the officers of the Vasto Police StationArenaccia, during the territorial control service, while passing through Viale della Costituzione they noticed a man and, thanks to the descriptions contained in the complaint formalized at the offices of the Police Station, they identified a correspondence with the person who, last Wednesday, had asked a person for money while he was parking and, faced with his refusal, had threatened him.
The police stopped the man who, during the identification phases, showed himself intolerant of the control, pushing the operators who, not without difficulty, blocked him.
SE, a 37-year-old Moroccan with a police record and an illegal immigrant on the national territory, was arrested for resisting a public official and reported for attempted extortion, for having worked as an illegal parking attendant, for failure to comply with the provisions of the Authority since he was subject to an order to leave the territory of the European Union issued by the Police Chief of Rome on 23 March last year and for failure to comply with the ban on residing in the Municipality of Naples to which he is subject.
