“We have received a video that is circulating on WhatsApp among students in Portici that captures a fight between two girls that, according to the citizens who reported the episode, took place outside a school near Via Scalea.
Images of unacceptable violence made even more disconcerting by the behavior of the many boys present who, instead of intervening immediately to separate them, incited them to beat each other with greater violence, amid laughter and shouting.
Indeed, at certain moments, it is clearly noticeable that those who try to intervene to put an end to the beating are promptly pushed away by the squalid spectators. We are faced with an episode of bullying between young people that, if confirmed, must be immediately sanctioned not only by the police to whom we decided to turn the video to identify all those present.

But above all by the families of all the participants, who must take the field together with the teaching staff to nip in the bud this very dangerous drift made of violence, indifference, irresponsibility and silence.
If we want to defeat bullying we must not dismiss these episodes as simple 'pranks' which, on the contrary, denote profound states of youthful malaise that should not be underestimated in any way".
This was stated by the deputy of the Green Alliance – Left Francesco Emilio Borrelli, and the municipal councilor of Europa Verde Aldo Agnello, to whom some parents turned to report the incident.
