Casavatore. Tari Notifications: the Tax Court of Justice condemns the Municipality. The list of administrators "wanted" by the Revenue Agency appears.

The shameful farce of our administration that decided to harass citizens despite the possibility of acting in a more favorable way for them, trying to rake in millions of euros to their detriment, imposing the payment of crazy rates on garages and appurtenances to families, pensioners, unemployed, guilty only of having an appurtenance that politics had decided for electoral reasons not to tax in previous years”.
“Well – Cifinelli specifies – , today a judge ruled that the tax, as applied, is unjust, and ordered the Municipality to pay the costs”.
“I remember that for that appeal – continues – , still pending, I was expelled from the Festa Committee, exposed to public ridicule and labeled a tax evader by the supporters of this administration. For a tax that was probably not due, for having exercised my right as a taxpayer.
I, who have always paid every tax, fee, duty: I who years ago even had the Mayor's car seized because the Municipality of Casavatore did not pay me for fuel! A late revenge? I do not know how the other appeals will end, nor the further investigations underway, but today I am happy for those who will breathe a sigh of relief also thanks to me and to all those who together with me have carried forward this battle for civilization and justice".

Meanwhile, Cifinelli also raises doubts about the notice of deposit published on the municipal notice board by the Revenue Agency. Browsing through the names (I invite you to do so, they are public documents) you can find some tax subjects who have (presumably) a dispute with the tax authorities, a "dispute", so to speak, which obviously continues even if an appeal has been filed.
Some names are strikingly similar (it must be a coincidence) to people I know. It is strange that these documents cannot be delivered to them, as can be seen from the notice. I remember that anyone who has a pending dispute with the Municipality (it could be about TARI, or water bills) cannot be part of the nascent Festa Committee, for which the notice has been extended. And if I remember correctly, they cannot hold any other position”.
