Extortion committed on one's own or under contract for another creditor, aggravated by mafia methods.
Four men, two of whom are brothers, were reached this morning by a precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of Salerno at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office led by Giuseppe Borrelli.
The Carabinieri of the Battipaglia Company executed the measures - two in prison and two under house arrest - against Vito De Feo and Carmine Imbimbo and Vito and Franco Falcone respectively.
The first two would be responsible according to the magistrates of having threatened a couple to obtain 550 euros owed to another creditor and an entrepreneur to have him deliver money with the aggravating circumstance of the mafia method.
Only Vito de Feo must answer for the threats made to the owner of a dealership from which he obtained a payment of 15 thousand euros on behalf of a third party.
Finally, the two brothers are accused of threatening one of their debtors from whom they obtained a car and the signing of 43 bills of exchange of 1000 euros each and a Bancoposta card from which they withdrew the sums credited monthly by the victim in addition to the recovery of a gambling debt of 20 thousand euros towards a man and his parents.
