The Nola Public Prosecutor's Office, whose jurisdiction extends over a large area of the Naples area that includes 34 municipalities, will investigate the "dossier-making" activity that has seen Major Emiliano Nacar, commander of the Marigliano local police, as the victim since last January.
It was the officer himself who filed a complaint on March 2nd because, he says, “there is someone, perhaps right inside my offices, who wants to hinder the fight for legality that I am carrying out on various fronts”.
Nacar, in fact, is also responsible for Personnel at the Municipality of Marigliano and between November and December 2022 he made 16 hires, none linked to the Marigliano area, but also six dismissals as part of an investigation into the so-called "time clock cheats".
Not only that. He also fired the Chancellor's employees involved in the scandals of the bribes to the Justice of the Peace of Marigliano, and suspended some agents just last January.
In December 2022, he placed the current regent of the San Vitaliano Camorra clan under investigation for an attack he suffered on New Year's Eve, and just this week the second order to suspend the activities of the bar where the episode occurred arrived from the Naples Police Headquarters, because it was frequented by criminals linked to the Camorra.
On the very day he filed the complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office, March 2, Nacar was also allegedly followed during a service activity and then seriously denigrated on social media.. “I noticed during the journey that I was being followed”, explains Nacar, “then, on a Marigliano website, a post from a fake profile reported the private use of a service vehicle to go to a nearby municipality, where I had gone for institutional reasons”.
