Last night, during their territorial control service, officers from the General Prevention Office, on the orders of the Operations Center, intervened at a home following a report of a fight.
The police officers, arriving on the scene, noticed a man who, at the sight of them, ran away but was caught and stopped in Corso Arnaldo Lucci; shortly after, a woman approached and, indicating the stopped man as her son, said that the latter had reached her near Porta Nolana and, as had already happened on previous occasions, had asked her for money but, when she refused, had hit her causing her to fall to the ground.
The latter, frightened, had quickly moved away to take refuge in her daughter's house but the man had followed her, therefore the police were contacted.
A 35-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record has been reported for attempted extortion, mistreatment within the family and for violating the orders to remove him from the family home and the ban on approaching places frequented by the offended person to which he is subjected.
