But on Wednesday evening he ran into the Nibbio of the General Prevention Office, who during the territorial control service, stopped him in Corso Umberto corner of Piazza Bovio a car with two people on board.
It was enough to check the terminals with the operations center to ascertain that the driver was the recipient of a provision of concurrent penalties and a simultaneous execution order for imprisonment, issued on June 3, 2021 by the Attorney General of the Republic at the Court of Appeal of Milan - Criminal Enforcement Office, having to serve a sentence of 6 years and 2 months of imprisonment for the crimes of fraud, committed between 2008 and 2009 in San Donato Milanese, Cesano Boscone and Chiaravalle (AN).
The man, a 44-year-old Neapolitan, was arrested for the above-mentioned measure.
