The Naples Police Chief, on the proposal of the Municipal Police - Security Department - Local Police Service - Social Emergencies and Minors Protection Unit - Naples Police Department, has ordered the suspension for 15 days of the activity of serving food and drinks to the public at a minimarket on Via Banchi Nuovi.
In particular, last March 11, the Local Police officers had surprised two minors under 17 years of age at the exit of the business with a beer purchased in the commercial establishment; the operators had ascertained that the owner's son, in his capacity as temporary manager, had served the minors the alcoholic beverage without asking for an identity document despite the physical characteristics showing his minor age, therefore they had administratively sanctioned him for serving alcoholic beverages to minors.
Furthermore, already in September 2022 the Naples Police Chief had ordered the suspension of the activity for 7 days for the same reason. The measure is therefore aimed at avoiding a concrete danger to public order and the safety of citizens.
